When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 5th!
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Keep the fun flowing and the ride stress-free -- Uber it home after the party!
There is very limited free parking close by and paid parking lots.
What is the wedding day itinerary?
Cocktail hour and apps will start at 6pm. We will have a non-traditional short and sweet ceremony at 7:15, please don't be late.
Dinner will be served shortly after followed by toasts and dancing!
We will also have games because it wouldn't be a Carter-Lay wedding without a little friendly competition.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We will mostly be indoors but there is also an outdoor covered patio and an open lower level outside. October in Nashville is mild with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the mid 50s.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual - a balance between elegance and fun, something you'd feel comfortable in burning up the dance floor.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We respectfully request no children at the reception, thank you for understanding.
Will there be an open bar?
Love is intoxicating, enjoy the open bar.
What time does the party go 'til?
Until the clock strikes midnight! Late night snacks inevitable.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?
We are not, Nashville is a choose your own adventure destination. Our venue is just 1.5 miles north of downtown Nashville, please ask us if you need any recommendations on where to stay!
